We had jiaozi on Saturday. Jiaozi is kind of like fast food here. It is basically dough filled with pork, vegetables and spices and steamed in these little bamboo baskets. In the States I think they are sometimes called potstickers. One thing I love about living overseas is that we can eat lunch for less than $3 for our entire family!
