We recently received a great gift: Thanksgiving cards! It is especially hard during the holidays to be away from our family and friends. Last week, we were able to open a huge stack of cards wishing us a happy Thanksgiving. (And we have another stack to open at Christmastime!) Some of these cards are from people we have not even met in person yet. When you live so far away, it is easy to feel a little forgotten since you aren't in daily contact with many people back home. But we are blessed to know that there are so many people who love us and are are thinking of us! I hung all of the cards on our door as a daily reminder of thankfulness.
